Oak fines with F.I.T. Extended Oak Seasoning can be used at every stage and carefully controlled to ensure consistency. Fines are approximately the size of pencil shavings. Suggested extraction time is 2 to 8 weeks. Unused fines may be resealed and reserved for future use. Sold by the pound; minimum 3 lbs. order.
